About the position

We are seeking a highly organized and outgoing individual to join our team as an Office Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dental office, ensuring smooth workflow, and delivering excellent customer service to our patients. This role is crucial in maintaining an efficient office environment and fostering a positive atmosphere for both staff and patients. The Office Manager will work closely with the administrative and clinical teams to ensure that all operations run smoothly and that patient care is prioritized. The position requires a commitment to excellence and a passion for leadership, as the Office Manager will inspire and guide the team to achieve their best work. The schedule for this position is Monday through Thursday from 7:30 AM to 5 PM, with Fridays being a flexible day. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events, as well as handling accounts payable and receivable tasks. You will supervise administrative and clinical staff, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills. Additionally, you will maintain office policies and procedures, assist with human resources functions such as payroll and benefits administration, and manage phone systems and correspondence. Monitoring office expenses and identifying opportunities for cost savings will also be part of your responsibilities. Your leadership and communication skills will be essential in creating a supportive and efficient work environment.
