Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient office environment.
  • Organize and maintain schedules for new construction jobs, including timelines, project deliverables, and resource allocation.
  • Serve as a liaison between the office, construction crews, and clients to ensure clear communication and updates.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as filing, invoicing, and maintaining records for ongoing and completed projects.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of permits, licenses, and other necessary documentation for construction projects.
  • Monitor project progress and alert management to any delays or issues requiring attention.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Support management with any additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management, administration, or a related field (construction industry experience is a plus).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Ability to work independently and handle a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with construction terminology and processes is a bonus.
