  • Oversee vendor payments and manage aging reports to ensure timely payments.
  • Administer technician and contract scheduling.
  • Manage inventory within NetSuite and leverage business management software.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of administrative experience with a strong ability to work independently.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; some college or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
