About the position

The Office Manager at Northeast Laboratories will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office, overseeing daily activities, managing administrative staff, and providing support to various departments. This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual with excellent communication skills to enhance office efficiency and support HR functions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations
  • Coordinate and support administrative functions, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling client correspondence
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services and supplies
  • Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred, but not required
  • 3+ years of experience in office management or administrative role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Drive Suite (Word, Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
