About the position

The Office Manager at Angels On Your Side Home Care LLC is responsible for overseeing the coordination of patient care and administrative functions within the healthcare facility. This role involves collaboration with healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient management from admission to discharge, while also supporting staff development and maintaining compliance with training and certification requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with RN, Medical Director, and physicians regarding patient care responsibilities.
  • Coordinate all aspects of patient care from admission through discharge.
  • Monitor patient and family education regarding access to care and medical instructions.
  • Act as a resource for patients and families to address concerns and questions.
  • Review patient satisfaction surveys and address feedback.
  • Participate in the selection and hiring of new team members.
  • Ensure completion of new hiring orientation and mandatory trainings.
  • Manage staff scheduling and monitor service/care plans.
  • Document disciplinary actions and confer with the Director of Operations and Human Resources when needed.
  • Provide support for clinical/home staff members and encourage professional growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.

  • Previous healthcare marketing experience preferred.
