About the position

We are seeking a compassionate and patient-focused Office Manager to ensure exceptional care and a welcoming environment for our chiropractic clinic. The Office Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations, prioritize patient satisfaction, and facilitate effective communication between patients and healthcare providers. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the office.
  • Ensure that all office equipment is in working order.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems.
  • Efficient use of electronic healthcare system and accurate data entry.
  • Coordinate effective scheduling.
  • Manage telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain a professional workplace environment.
  • Maintain office supplies and order new supplies as needed.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Experience in patient care.
  • 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office (Preferred).
  • 1 year of administrative experience (Preferred).
