Responsibilities

  • Manage CRM Calendar
  • Schedule students and team meetings
  • Support the Executive Director/Owner
  • Provide support to teachers
  • Assist with admissions processes including onboarding and offboarding of students
  • Maintain family and teacher handbooks
  • Handle hiring and training processes
  • Organize files and documentation
  • Plan events
  • Maintain policy handbook
  • Oversee benefits maintenance
  • Manage OneDrive/SharePoint database for file management
  • Ensure team support in utilizing file management software
  • Plan for team meetings
  • Maintain vendor files and contracts
  • Negotiate and maintain business insurance policies
  • Provide technology support
  • Interact with families as needed
  • Collaborate with the team on various projects

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an office manager
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or a combination of education and job experience
  • Experience as an Administrative Assistant is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Google office programs, especially Excel and Word
  • Experience with SharePoint/OneDrive or similar
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to display empathy when communicating with clients
  • Special Education or Elementary Education background is a plus
  • Background check required

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Zoom, JotForm, Google Docs, Drive, Classroom, and TutorBird
  • Knowledge in WordPress, Publisher, and social media
