The Office Manager at RE/MAX SUNSHINE is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, ensuring efficient systems and processes are in place. This role involves training and onboarding agents, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the Operations Manager. The position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is interested in team leadership and upward mobility.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure office systems are efficient and effective including filing systems, schedules, budget, maintenance, and stock
  • Maintain front-facing relationships with customers, contractors, service providers, and vendors
  • Facilitate office policies and procedures, ensuring they meet our organization's standards
  • Oversee our day-to-day operations, manage administrative assistants, and perform secretarial duties
  • Carry out other human resources tasks and office administration duties when necessary
  • Training and Onboarding Agents
  • Working with CRM to ensure follow up with clients
  • Assisting with office and community events

Requirements

  • 2 years of management experience or similar work experience required
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar systems
  • Exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
  • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
  • Florida Real Estate License and experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
