About the position

We are seeking an experienced Office/Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with a diverse skill set in office management, digital marketing, research, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage office operations and administrative tasks efficiently
• Market our services to potential clients, nursing homes, and other health care facilities
• Ability to travel across NJ
• Oversee and coordinate all office activities
• Conduct research and compile data for various projects
• Implement email marketing campaigns and strategies
• Assist with digital marketing efforts including SEO and social media marketing
• Utilize copywriting skills for internal and external communications
• Maintain WordPress website updates and content management
• Support sales initiatives and client inquiries

Requirements

• Proven experience in office management or related roles
• Knowledge in operating home health care and working with external stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of HTML and digital marketing tools
• Familiarity with WordPress website management
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze data effectively
• Experience in email marketing campaigns and strategies
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for design projects is a plus
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and social media marketing strategies
