Responsibilities

  • Provide a wide range of administrative support to the Small Business and Innovation Office.
  • Maintain office efficiency through various administrative tasks.
  • Interact with internal and external partners to facilitate communication and support.
  • Manage fiscal responsibilities including reconciling invoices and assessing account needs.
  • Prepare and finalize documents such as emails, memos, and reports with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain databases and calendars for staff.
  • Create presentations, tables, charts, and graphs as needed for office functions.

Requirements

  • Skill in customer service to effectively respond to clients and coworkers.
  • Proficiency in database management for developing and maintaining office databases.
  • Accounting skills to reconcile invoices and assess account needs based on data.
  • Ability to create presentations and perform administrative support for budget administration.
  • Strong word processing skills to prepare and edit various documents.

Nice-to-haves

  • One year of office administrative support experience as an administrative assistant.
