The Office Operations Coordinator for Graduate Enrollment Management at Russell Sage College plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the department. This position is designed to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Graduate Enrollment Management team, which includes the Director and Assistant Directors. The Coordinator will be responsible for optimizing operational processes and workflows, ensuring that the department meets its goals efficiently and effectively. This role is integral to the enrollment management environment, which is dynamic and collaborative, and involves working closely with administrative staff, faculty, and prospective students. In this position, the Office Operations Coordinator will manage a variety of tasks that are essential for the functioning of the Graduate Enrollment Management department. This includes scheduling appointments, answering incoming calls, arranging meetings for staff and faculty, managing recruitment events, and working within operational budgets. The Coordinator will also assist in supervising six to eight graduate assistants, providing them with guidance and support in their daily tasks. The role requires a high level of organization and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all operational activities are carried out smoothly. The Coordinator will also be responsible for creating and maintaining reports using Salesforce, managing event registrations, and overseeing the front desk operations. This includes responding to emails, scheduling appointments for prospective students, and entering inquiries into the CRM system. Additionally, the Coordinator will manage the internal event calendar to promote graduate events, handle promotional materials and inventory, and process budget documents for graduate admission events. Regular reporting on operations and events to the Director of Graduate Enrollment Management will also be a key responsibility of this role.
