Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all documentation is organized and accessible.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and office management duties.
  • Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Support medical or dental reception functions as needed, including patient scheduling and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a medical receptionist or dental receptionist is preferred.
  • Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • Proficient in calendar management to optimize scheduling for multiple team members.
  • Strong customer support skills to foster positive relationships with clients.
  • Familiarity with office management practices and procedures is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
