About the position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Manage scheduling and appointments for staff, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and clarity in all communications.
  • Provide administrative support including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and staff, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Support the medical receptionist duties as needed, including managing patient information confidentially.

Requirements
