About the position

The Senior Office Services Associate at Williams Lea is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service at client locations in Washington, D.C. This full-time position involves managing mail distribution, handling sensitive documents, and performing general office duties to support the operational needs of the office. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

  • Process high volumes of incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Deliver mail and packages throughout the client location, following applicable distribution procedures.
  • Bind, cut, and/or assemble reprographics jobs as necessary.
  • Load copiers with paper and toner as needed.
  • Perform general office services as needed.
  • Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information.
  • Communicate with manager and client on job or deadline issues.
  • Help cover for Receptionist duties when needed, including greeting clients/visitors, making reservations for conference rooms, catering, answering incoming calls, and managing visitor card keys and parking validations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum (1) year office services experience preferably in a legal, banking or large corporate environment.
  • Skilled in the use of fax, mail, phone & and/or digital reprographics equipment.
  • Familiar with general fax, mail and reprographics procedures.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and complete all projects in a timely manner.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information.
  • Ability to make independent decisions that conform to business needs and policy.
  • Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to escalate issues to a supervisory level when necessary.
  • Good written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional telephone demeanor.
  • Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Proven customer service skills to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships.
