The Part-Time Office Admin position is essential for the smooth operation of a locally owned Medicare insurance group. Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed.
  • Manage office correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
  • Schedule and confirm client appointments.
  • Maintain and organize office files and records.
  • Assist with data entry and administrative tasks as required.
  • Support the team with various clerical tasks and special projects.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.
