In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are essential to the daily operations of the office. Your duties will include document production, which involves preparing copies or other materials as requested. You will also be responsible for sorting and distributing mail, sending and receiving faxes, and scanning documents. Additionally, you will prepare overnight packages for shipping and manage the ordering of office supplies while keeping an accurate inventory. Front desk coverage may be required as needed, and you will assist with setting up conference rooms for meetings and other related events/functions. This includes post-meeting clean-up and break-down of set-ups, as well as checking conference rooms daily for neatness and stocking of appropriate supplies. Performing Office Services duties with a positive customer service approach is essential, and you will be expected to handle other office service-related responsibilities as they arise. Flexibility to work overtime is also a requirement for this position.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years office services experience
  • Experience in a law firm or other professional organization is preferred
  • Knowledge of copiers, printers, faxes, and other office equipment required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Ability to lift 50lbs unassisted
  • Ability to work well with others as a team player
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
