About the position

The Office Services Clerk is responsible for managing the receipt and delivery of packages and mail, ensuring accurate tracking and sorting by department. This role involves data entry, customer service, and light indexing tasks, contributing to the efficient operation of office services.

Responsibilities

  • Receive packages and scan them into a web-based tracking system.
  • Occasionally deliver mail/packages.
  • Sort mail by department.
  • Perform data entry, requiring Excel skills.
  • Scan mail to be indexed.
  • Provide service to internal and external customers.
  • Perform light indexing by uploading files to online cases as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver's license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage may be required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Related copy job experience is preferred.
