The Office Shipping Clerk will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are essential to the smooth operation of our office and shipping processes. The role encompasses office work and computer tasks, website management and updating, packing and shipping products, inventory management, and other miscellaneous duties as assigned. In this position, the Office Shipping Clerk will check the company website for sales and process orders accordingly. They will package products and create shipping labels to ensure timely delivery. Additionally, the clerk will manage the company website to ensure inventory accuracy and will be responsible for managing social media platforms, which includes creating engaging content such as Facebook ads and YouTube videos. Data entry and maintaining office management systems will also be key components of this role. The Office Shipping Clerk position offers the flexibility to work either part-time or full-time, depending on the candidate's availability. The work schedule is primarily Monday to Friday, with an 8-hour shift during the day. Weekend work is available but not required, providing additional opportunities for those who wish to earn extra hours. Compensation for this role starts at $16.00 per hour, with weekly pay every Friday.
