Responsibilities

  • Search and retrieve records using a computer, input data, and compare it to source documents to detect errors or omissions.
  • Correct errors and omissions to ensure complete accuracy of records.
  • May provide sole support to an operational unit when required.
  • In Information Technology, receive and inventory equipment, deliver it to the appropriate party, and prepare unused equipment for auction or recycling.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or GED certificate holder.
  • At least two years of full-time clerical work experience.
