About the position

The Office Support Clerk position at Innova Solutions is a full-time contract role based in Woodcliff Lake, NJ, lasting approximately 6 to 7 weeks. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist the HR department by scanning benefits files into the HR systems, preparing data for computer entry, and managing physical documents. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills and experience with multi-function scanners and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Scan benefits files to HR systems under specific files and categories.
  • Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information, establishing entry priorities.
  • Operate multi-function scanner/printer effectively.
  • Complete shredding of documents and box up physical files for shipping.
  • Prepare shipping labels for boxes.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience using a multi-function scanner/printer.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

  • 1 year of experience with scanner/printer operations.
  • 1 year of experience with Microsoft Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • 1 year of administrative experience.
