As an Office Support Clerk in our Titles Department, you will be working with vehicle titles to support our titles team. This role involves pulling, releasing, and filing collateral documents in accordance with our position requirements. You will also be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all title transactions. The ideal candidate for this position will possess strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, and a personal standard for excellence. In this position, you will accurately process paperwork and perform changes or corrections on vehicle titles, ensuring compliance with DMV rules and regulations. You will collate necessary paperwork to complete requestors' transactions for DMV filings, and scan, upload, and notate necessary documentation into the client portal for processing. Working with tight deadlines is essential, and you will be expected to complete tasks within pre-determined time frames. This is a part-time position based on-site in our Bethlehem, PA office, with a schedule of Saturday and Sunday from 7 AM to 3 PM. The salary for this role is $12.75 per hour, with a monthly bonus opportunity on top of the hourly rate.
