Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update data in various software applications
  • Compose letters, label, alphabetize, and file documents
  • Ensure company records, including invoices and purchase orders, are kept up to date
  • Fulfill report requests and public information requests
  • Prepare company letters or other official documents as instructed by management
  • Answer telephone calls and direct messages to appropriate staff members
  • Respond to internal and external requests for information and manage mail
  • Prepare documents and spreadsheets
  • Update records, answer telephones, and maintain schedules
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • A High School diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of professional office experience
  • Customer service experience
