About the position

The Office Support Clerk position involves performing semi-routine clerical duties under supervision. The clerk will work full-time, including weekends as needed, and is responsible for various administrative tasks to support the office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update data in various software applications.
  • Compose letters, labels, and perform filing tasks.
  • Ensure company records, including invoices and purchase orders, are kept up to date.
  • Fulfill report requests and public information requests.
  • Prepare company letters or other official documents as instructed by management.
  • Answer telephone calls and direct messages to appropriate staff members.
  • Respond to internal and external requests for information and manage mail.
  • Prepare documents and spreadsheets.
  • Update records, answer telephones and other inquiries, and maintain schedules.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least 1-2 years of professional office experience is required.
  • Customer service experience is required.
  • A college degree is preferred.
