Currently, we are seeking a qualified Office Support person to work collaboratively with our Windows Sales Northern California division in Red Bluff, California. The position involves learning and growing in level of responsibility within a large multi-state company, interacting with various departments to ensure accurate and timely work product, assisting with planning, organizing, and coordinating shipping schedules, effectively managing accounts payable, deposits, and incoming/outgoing mail, and performing data entry that is consistent, accurate, and timely. The role also includes professionally answering, routing, and directing messages from incoming calls, accomplishing multiple tasks and priorities within given daily timelines, and working collaboratively to promote a team environment.
