About the position

Stevens Foster is a highly respected Registered Investment Advisory firm consistently ranked among the top advisors in the country. We provide fully integrated financial, investment, and tax planning to high net worth and corporate clients. The Office & Tax Administrator will play a crucial role in our operations, particularly during the tax season. This position involves managing various administrative tasks related to tax preparation and client services. The administrator will be responsible for printing, mailing, and processing client tax organizers, as well as e-filing tax returns and mailing tax returns and notices throughout the year. During the tax season, which runs from February 15 to April 15, the administrator is required to work a minimum of 60 hours, with additional compensatory time provided for the extra hours worked. In addition to tax season responsibilities, the Office & Tax Administrator will create, process, and maintain client annual agreements, manage compliance tasks, and oversee employee benefits (excluding payroll) throughout the year, particularly during benefit renewal time. The role also includes ordering and maintaining office supplies, kitchen supplies, and mail/FedEx supplies. General administrative duties such as processing mail, answering phones, and greeting clients will also be part of the job. The administrator may be assigned other tasks to assist different departments, such as sending electronic documents for signatures. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity regarding client information.

Responsibilities
