We are currently seeking a highly skilled Office Clerk for our Distribution Center located in the Hollywood area. This position is full-time and offers a competitive hourly wage of $18. The ideal candidate will excel in data entry and clerical tasks while also being comfortable with handling various warehouse duties. The role requires a reliable individual who can manage priorities independently and demonstrate attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. The Office Clerk will be responsible for performing a variety of office tasks, including data entry, filing, processing returns, and handling some phone work. Additionally, the candidate must be willing to engage in warehouse activities as needed. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with a standard working time from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, although there may be occasional early starts at 7:30 am. Initial training will take place in the warehouse to help the new hire understand business operations, and there will be frequent transitions between office and warehouse tasks post-training. This position has the potential to become permanent based on performance and business needs. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED and have at least two years of clerical or data entry experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is essential for success in this role.
