As an Executive Assistant to the Officer group within Silicon Ranch, you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing the efficiency of the Silicon Ranch leadership. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative and organizational support to ensure smooth operations and successful execution of calendar management, travel & expense reporting. You will work closely with the Officers and their teams, as well as external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize the Officer's schedules, coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and presentations; take meeting minutes and distribute them to relevant parties.
  • Arrange travel plans for executives, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
  • Assist in the preparation, formatting, and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Help manage expense reports and budget tracking for the Officer team.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as directed by the Officer team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; relevant experience in executive support roles can be considered.
  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in administrative support roles is highly valued.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities are essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with various stakeholders professionally.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly.
  • Proficient in using office productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing industry and adapt to new challenges and tasks.
  • Effective problem-solving skills to address issues and find solutions independently when necessary.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams across the organization.
