Responsibilities
- Patrols the entire campus to deter crime and address security or safety hazards.
- Responds to calls for disruptive behavior, disturbances, and alarms.
- Enforces hospital policies and state/local laws to ensure safety.
- Submits reports in a prompt and professional manner.
- Performs escorts related to money transfers as directed by facility policy.
- Secures patient valuables upon request.
- Controls parking on the property, emphasizing critical and emergency areas.
- Completes assigned goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer literacy skills required.
- Driver's License (current) required.
- Knowledge equivalent to completion of 4 years of high school.
