The position involves performing all input and maintenance of limits loaded in various TP systems while delivering excellent service against agreed service standards, delivery standards, and minimal error rates for Operations CRC CCIB. The role requires acting as a service partner, collaborating with Relationship Managers (RMs), in-country Client Management (CM), Operations, and other key internal stakeholders to solve issues and identify opportunities for service improvement. Continuous improvement of operational efficiency and effectiveness is essential, along with delivering excellent service and providing limit maintenance support for Corporate, Commercial & Institutional Banking (CCIB) and Corporate Private Business Banking (CPBB) clients. The role also includes risk management, governance, and compliance responsibilities.
