About the position

The OFSAA Developer position involves working with the OFSAA suite of products to design, develop, and support financial applications. The role requires strong technical skills in Oracle and XML, as well as a solid understanding of finance and accounting principles. The developer will be responsible for translating business requirements into detailed design specifications and ensuring the applications meet regulatory reporting standards.

Responsibilities

• Work with OFSAA suite of products for application development.
• Translate detailed business requirements into design specifications.
• Design and develop application configurations using PL/SQL and Erwin Data Modeling.
• Build and unit test applications according to detailed design specifications.
• Support Services Data Foundation (FSDF), Data Governance Studio (DGS), or Data Integration Hub (DIH).
• Participate in product support and on-call rotation.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience working with OFSAA.
• Strong knowledge of OFSAA suite of products.
• Strong XML and Oracle skills.
• Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting principles.
• Strong Oracle technical skills in designing, developing, debugging, and documentation.
• Ability to translate business requirements into design specifications.
• Experience in building and unit testing applications.
• Experience with PL/SQL and Erwin Data Modeling.

Nice-to-haves

• Preparation and analysis for banking regulatory reports including supporting schedules for 2052A, FR-Y14A, DFAST-14A.
• Experience with analytical platforms such as OFSAA Regulatory Reporting or other Risk solutions, BI tools (Tableau, etc.), and database analytic tools.
• Working experience with Adenza (formerly AxiomSL).
• Knowledge of regulatory rules, including LCR, NSFR, Enhanced Prudential Standards/Reg YY.
• Experience with database structures, data management, and visualization applications (e.g., Power BI), and SQL.
