About the position

The Service Supervisor at Ohio CAT will lead the branch service shop and yard, ensuring efficient, safe, and profitable operations. This role involves overseeing technicians, providing coaching and training, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of manufacturer warranties and service progress. The Service Supervisor will collaborate with other supervisors to foster the growth of technicians and enhance customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead the branch service shop and yard operations.
• Oversee technicians and provide coaching, development, and training.
• Maintain knowledge of manufacturer warranties and policies.
• Monitor the progress of repairs and service.
• Collaborate with other supervisors to support technician growth.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Five years of industry experience required.
• Five years of supervisory experience required.
• Knowledge and understanding of heavy equipment.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Proven experience in customer service.
