About the position

The OIC Architect position involves providing a comprehensive architecture for specific business areas, particularly in Retail Operations. The role requires collaboration with Systems Integrators (SI) and boundary systems to ensure that the integration architecture aligns with business requirements, including observability and performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide an overall architecture for a specific business area (e.g. Retail Operations).
• Partner with SI and boundary systems to ensure the overall integration architecture meets business requirements.
• Help in developing bridging strategy for specific business capabilities and review detailed designs.
• Ensure the architecture supports the release strategy.
• Create the overall High-Level Design Document (HSLD) and the underlying components in partnership with SI.
• Ensure APIs meet scalability, performance, load, and security requirements and standards.
• Implement Contract Driven development framework and practices such as service virtualization and contract testing.

Requirements

• Experience architecting end-to-end solutions in the Supply Chain domain.
• Understanding of complex ERP systems with 100+ integration endpoints.
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP and OIC.
• Strong knowledge of integration patterns, contract-driven development, and API standards/design.
