About the position

The OIC IT Analyst Programmer at Mayo Clinic is a full-time remote position focused on providing integration support for the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud as the ERP system and UKG Dimensions for timekeeping and scheduling. The role involves developing and maintaining integration code, requiring a high level of analytical skills and the ability to manage varied workloads on projects. The position also emphasizes the importance of communication skills and the ability to work in an ambiguous environment, with a strong preference for candidates with previous experience in technical leadership and healthcare technology.

Responsibilities

  • Provide integration support for Oracle Fusion Cloud and UKG Dimensions.
  • Develop and maintain integration code using OIC Gen3.
  • Build and maintain HCM Fast Formulas in Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation.
  • Work with Value Sets in HCM and HCM Extracts.
  • Utilize advanced SQL for database queries.
  • Act as a liaison to Mayo departments and vendors for system support.
  • Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in technical development or Associate's degree with 5 years of experience in technical development.
  • Knowledge of system design principles and software development methodologies.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize issues appropriately.
  • Experience in healthcare technology and managing custom developed and vendor-supplied applications.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with UKG Boomi
  • Knowledge of Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
  • Familiarity with Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP)
  • Experience with Oracle File-Based Data Import (FBDI)
  • Knowledge of Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL)
  • Experience with Google Apigee
  • Familiarity with Cleo (MFT)
  • Experience with ServiceNow
