Take 5 Oil Change is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Assistant Shop Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing shop operations in the absence of the Shop Manager. You will be trained on the Take 5 way to manage a shop location, which includes changing oil, replacing wiper blades and air filters, filling air in tires, and performing other light maintenance services. We pride ourselves on our efficient process that allows customers to stay in their vehicles while we service their cars, and we expect our team members to uphold this standard of service. As an Assistant Shop Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the shop runs smoothly. This includes overseeing the team, ensuring that all vehicles are checked thoroughly, and that every customer leaves satisfied. You will also be responsible for performing opening and closing procedures, assisting with inventory management, and training new employees. We value experience, but it is not required; we are looking for individuals who are willing to learn, work hard, and bring a positive attitude to the shop. Our paid training program will equip you with the skills necessary to succeed in this role and advance within the company.
