Take 5 Oil Change is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Assistant Shop Manager at our location on 500 Normandy Street, Houston, TX. As a vital part of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service while also managing the daily activities of the shop. This position is perfect for those who are people-oriented, driven, and possess leadership qualities. We value experience, but it is not a requirement; we believe that a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are key to success in this role. In this position, you will undergo paid training to learn the Take 5 way of managing a shop, which includes oil changes, light maintenance services, and customer service excellence. You will have the opportunity to advance quickly within the company, as over 90% of our Shop Managers started as Crew Members or Assistant Shop Managers.
