Take 5 Oil Change is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Assistant Shop Manager (ASM). In this role, you will be an integral part of our operations, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service while also supporting the Shop Manager in daily activities. The ASM will be responsible for overseeing shop operations in the absence of the Shop Manager, which includes managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining shop cleanliness and organization. This position is perfect for individuals who are driven, enjoy working with people, and are looking for a fast-paced environment where they can grow and develop their skills. As an ASM, you will receive comprehensive paid training that covers everything from managing shop operations to performing essential automotive services such as oil changes, tire inflation, and light maintenance tasks. Our training program is designed to equip you with the necessary skills to excel in your position and advance within the company. With over 90% of our Shop Managers starting as Crew Members or Assistant Shop Managers, there are ample opportunities for career growth and advancement. In addition to your responsibilities on the shop floor, you will also play a crucial role in training new employees, ensuring they are well-versed in the Take 5 way of providing excellent service. You will assist in managing inventory, performing opening and closing procedures, and ensuring that all safety and operational standards are met. This is a hands-on position that requires physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions, as you will be actively involved in the service process and shop management.
