Take 5 Oil Change is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Shop Manager (ASM) at our location on 2660 Zelda Rd, Montgomery, AL. As a part of the Take 5 family, you will be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring that our customers receive the best service possible while also managing the daily activities of the shop. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing payments, and assuming the authority of the Shop Manager in their absence. You will oversee the shop floor, ensuring that all employees are performing their duties effectively and that every customer leaves satisfied. Your responsibilities will also include performing opening and closing procedures, assisting with inventory management, training new employees, and maintaining cleanliness in the shop, office, and bathroom areas. We offer paid training to ensure you are well-equipped to manage the shop and perform various auto services, including oil changes and light maintenance tasks. At Take 5, we believe in promoting from within, and over 90% of our Shop Managers started as Crew Members or Assistant Shop Managers.
