Take 5 Oil Change is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Shop Manager at our location in Zanesville, OH. As a vital part of our operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing the daily activities of the shop. This role is perfect for those who are driven, enjoy working with people, and are looking to develop their leadership skills in a fast-paced environment. We pride ourselves on our efficient oil change process, allowing customers to remain in their vehicles while we perform the service. With over 35 years in the industry, we have built a reputation for quality and speed, and we are looking for someone who can help us maintain that standard. In this position, you will receive paid training to learn the Take 5 way of managing a shop, which includes not only oil changes but also light maintenance services such as replacing wiper blades and air filters. You will have the opportunity to advance quickly within the company, as over 90% of our Shop Managers started as Crew Members or Assistant Shop Managers. As an Assistant Shop Manager, you will take on various responsibilities, including overseeing shop operations in the absence of the Shop Manager, ensuring that all employees are performing their duties effectively, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work in various weather conditions, as well as the physical capability to lift heavy items and maneuver in tight spaces.
