Take 5 Oil Change is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Assistant Shop Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing shop operations in the absence of the Shop Manager. Our company has been a trusted name in the oil change industry for over 35 years, and we pride ourselves on our efficient service that allows customers to remain in their vehicles while we perform necessary maintenance. As an Assistant Shop Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers leave satisfied and that our team operates smoothly. Experience in the automotive industry is valued but not required, as we provide comprehensive paid training to equip you with the skills needed to succeed. You will learn how to manage shop operations, perform oil changes, replace filters, and conduct other light maintenance services.
