Take 5 Oil Change is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Assistant Shop Manager. In this role, you will be an integral part of our operations, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service while also managing the daily activities of the shop. As an Assistant Shop Manager, you will have the opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and help guide a team of technicians in delivering exceptional service. You will be responsible for overseeing shop operations in the absence of the Shop Manager, ensuring that all employees are performing their duties effectively and that every customer leaves satisfied. Your role will also involve training new employees in the Take 5 way, which includes not only oil changes but also light maintenance services such as replacing wiper blades and air filters.
