Sparkling Image Express Oil Change is seeking an Oil Change Assistant Manager for our Lighthouse Point, FL location. This full-time position offers a competitive starting pay of $18 per hour. The Assistant Manager will play a crucial role in driving the oil change operations, which includes managing staff, training employees, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in a customer service position
  • Prior supervisory or management experience desired
  • Ability to work 40-45 hours a week including weekends
  • Strong communication skills
  • Mechanical knowledge is a plus
  • Valid state driver's license
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
