About the position

As the Oil Change District Manager for Sparkling Image Car Wash, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations of multiple oil change centers across the Orlando and Southern Florida area. This position is designed for an experienced and dynamic leader who has a proven track record in driving operational and sales success within a multi-location territory. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that each service center delivers outstanding customer care and adheres to the business standards set by the company. You will be tasked with building customer loyalty through exceptional service and developing your location managers and service center personnel to provide superior professional service every day. In this role, you will work closely with regional management teams to create and execute strategies that promote mutual success. You will oversee and direct all operational activities in your region, ensuring that performance targets are met. This includes leading and directing quick lube managers by setting clear goals aimed at improving customer service, enhancing the quality of services provided, and achieving financial performance targets. You will also be responsible for ensuring that site managers prioritize their responsibilities and build effective teams to maximize results. Your leadership will extend to providing sales guidance to ensure that all selling standards and opportunities are met. You will hold site managers accountable for safety, operational compliance, and exceeding customer service expectations. It is essential that service centers embody the company values, treating customers and employees with dignity and respect while consistently delivering an “Impressed” level of service. As a key full-time exempt level position, you will engage in daily hands-on management, which includes regular visits to the locations and significant time spent at each site.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and direct all activities of operations in the region to achieve operational performance targets.
  • Lead and direct each quick lube manager by setting goals for improved customer service and financial performance.
  • Ensure site managers are focused on priorities and building their teams to maximize results.
  • Provide sales leadership to ensure all selling standards and opportunities are being met.
  • Hold site managers accountable for safety, operational compliance, and exceeding customer service expectations.
  • Ensure service centers embody company values and provide an 'Impressed' level of service.
  • Coach, counsel, and discipline employees to deliver business results.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience managing multiple units and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and motivating management and unit personnel to achieve/exceed financial goals.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel).
  • Ability to work 5-6 days per week (45-55 hours) and weekends.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
  • Ability to personally perform auto services and teach technical skills.
