About the position

The Oil Change Service Advisor at Delta Sonic serves as a front-line representative, responsible for greeting customers and educating them about the company's products and services. Advisors are also cross-trained as Oil Change Technicians, enhancing their product knowledge and service capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a positive and professional manner.
• Educate customers on products and services offered.
• Provide service recommendations based on maintenance schedules.
• Transact customer purchases and maintain cash handling procedures.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of shop premises.
• Work in the position of Oil Change Tech as needed.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license (preferred).
• Prior experience in automotive service writing, customer service, and/or sales is required.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for providing great customer service.
• Demonstrated honesty and integrity.
• Courteous and professional demeanor.
• Detail-oriented mindset.
