As a Shop Manager at Take 5 Oil Change, you will play a crucial role in leading a team dedicated to providing exceptional oil change services. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the shop operates smoothly and efficiently while maintaining the high standards that Take 5 is known for. You will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new crew members, creating crew schedules, and submitting payroll. Additionally, you will control inventory by conducting End of Period (EOP) and End of Year (EOY) inventory checks, placing product orders, and restocking inventory as necessary. Understanding the shop's financials will be essential to drive results and utilize the budget wisely. You will also conduct quarterly employee evaluations to ensure that your team is performing at their best. In this role, you will support your crew members with their duties, which include changing oil, replacing wiper blades and air filters, filling air in tires, and performing other light maintenance services. Providing excellent customer service will be a key aspect of your job, as you will be the face of Take 5 Oil Change to our customers.
