As a Shop Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our team of technicians and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality service in a friendly and efficient manner. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the shop, which includes recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new crew members. You will also create crew schedules, manage payroll, and control inventory by conducting regular inventory checks and placing product orders as needed. Understanding the shop's financials is essential, as you will be expected to drive results and utilize the budget wisely. Additionally, you will conduct quarterly employee evaluations and support your crew members in performing various auto services, including oil changes, wiper blade replacements, and tire inflation.
