Take 5 Oil Change is seeking a Shop Manager for our location at 1025 North Navy Boulevard. As a Shop Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our team and ensuring that our customers receive the best service possible. We pride ourselves on our efficient oil change process, which allows customers to stay in their vehicles while we perform the service. With over 35 years in the business, we have built a reputation for friendly service and expertise in oil changes. In this position, you will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new crew members. You will also create crew schedules and submit payroll, ensuring that the shop runs smoothly and efficiently. Managing inventory is another key responsibility, which includes conducting End of Period (EOP) and End of Year (EOY) inventory, placing product orders, and restocking inventory as necessary. Understanding the shop's financials is essential to drive results and utilize the budget wisely. As a Shop Manager, you will conduct quarterly employee evaluations and support crew members with their duties, which include changing oil and performing other auto services. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied with their experience.
