Take 5 Oil Change is seeking a Shop Manager to join our team at our location in League City, TX. As a Shop Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our team and ensuring that our customers receive the best service possible. We pride ourselves on our friendly technicians and efficient oil change process, allowing customers to stay in the comfort of their vehicles while we perform the necessary services. With over 35 years in the industry, we are committed to providing a supportive environment where you can grow your career. In this position, you will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new crew members. You will also create crew schedules and submit payroll, control inventory by conducting End of Period (EOP) and End of Year (EOY) inventory, and place product orders as needed. Understanding the shop's financials is essential to drive results and utilize the budget wisely. You will conduct quarterly employee evaluations and support crew members with their duties, which include changing oil and performing other auto services. Providing excellent customer service is a key aspect of this role, as we strive to maintain our reputation as the go-to oil change spot in the neighborhood. We value experience but do not require it; we provide paid training to ensure you are well-equipped to manage the shop effectively.
