As a Shop Manager at Take 5 Oil Change, you will play a crucial role in leading a team dedicated to providing exceptional oil change services. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the shop operates smoothly and efficiently while maintaining the high standards that Take 5 is known for. You will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new crew members, creating crew schedules, and submitting payroll. Additionally, you will control inventory by conducting End of Period (EOP) and End of Year (EOY) inventory, placing product orders, and physically restocking inventory as necessary. Understanding the shop's financials will be essential to drive results and utilize the budget wisely. In this role, you will also conduct quarterly employee evaluations and support crew members with their duties, which include changing oil and performing other auto services. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied with their experience. The position offers a unique opportunity for growth, as many of our successful employees started with no experience in the oil change industry. With paid training provided, you will quickly learn the Take 5 way to manage a shop location and perform various maintenance services.
