Take 5 Oil Change is seeking a Shop Manager to join our team at our Maumelle location. As a Shop Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our team and ensuring that our customers receive the best service possible. We pride ourselves on our friendly technicians and efficient oil change process, allowing customers to stay comfortably in their vehicles while we perform the service. With over 35 years in the industry, we are committed to providing a supportive environment where you can grow your career. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new crew members. You will also create crew schedules and submit payroll, ensuring that the shop runs smoothly. Managing inventory is another key responsibility, which includes conducting End of Period (EOP) and End of Year (EOY) inventory, placing product orders, and restocking as necessary. Understanding the shop's financials is essential to drive results and utilize the budget wisely. You will conduct quarterly employee evaluations and support crew members with their duties, including changing oil and performing other auto services. Providing excellent customer service is a top priority, and you will be expected to lead by example in this area. We value experience but do not require it; we provide paid training to ensure you are well-equipped to manage the shop and perform necessary services. Our Shop Managers can earn up to $55,000 per year, with opportunities for bonuses.
