About the position
The Oil Change Shop Manager at Take 5 Oil Change is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the oil change shop, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a team of technicians. This role involves training and developing team members, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment. The manager plays a crucial role in driving sales and promoting a positive work culture within the shop.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the oil change shop

- Perform oil changes and light maintenance services as needed
Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds
- Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3' deep pit safely
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods
- Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
- Must be over 18 years of age (or over 16 in certain states)
Nice-to-haves
